These Terms and Conditions explain how our website works and what you can expect when you book dryer repair with Dryer Repair Round Rock (“we,” “us” or “our”). By using dryerrepairroundrock.com or scheduling service with us, you agree to these terms. If you have a question about anything here, call us before you book.

1. Our Services

We repair gas and electric clothes dryers for homes, rental properties and businesses in Round Rock, Texas, and we sell dryer parts. We are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our goal is to have a technician at your door within an hour, but arrival times depend on technician availability, traffic, weather and call volume, so they are estimates rather than guarantees.

2. Information on This Website

Repair tips, troubleshooting steps, price ranges and other content on this website are general information to help you understand your dryer. Price ranges are typical figures, not quotes. Your actual price is the written quote you approve after diagnosis. Any do-it-yourself checks you try are at your own risk. Always unplug the dryer and shut off the gas before touching anything inside it.

3. Diagnostic Fee, Quotes and Payment

  • Each service visit includes a diagnostic fee, which is waived when you approve the recommended repair.
  • There is no trip charge within our Round Rock service area.
  • After diagnosis, you receive a flat, written price. No work starts until you approve it.
  • If you decline the repair, you pay only the diagnostic fee and keep the written diagnosis.
  • Payment is due when the work is complete, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

4. Scheduling and Changes

If you need to reschedule or cancel, please call us as early as you can so we can send the technician to another customer. If a part has to be ordered, we will tell you the expected timing and schedule a return visit.

5. Your Responsibilities

  • Give us accurate information about the dryer and the problem.
  • Provide safe, clear access to the dryer and the vent.
  • Make sure an adult (18 or older) is present during the visit.
  • Keep children and pets away from the work area.

6. 12-Month Parts and Labor Guarantee

Repairs we perform are guaranteed for 12 months from the date of service, covering both the parts we install and our labor. If a part we installed fails, or our repair does not hold, we will return and fix it at no charge.

The guarantee does not cover:

  • Parts we did not install, or unrelated failures that happen later
  • Damage from misuse, overloading, accidents, pests or power surges
  • Problems caused by blocked, crushed or improper venting that you chose not to have corrected
  • Repairs or changes made by anyone else after our visit
  • Parts you buy from us and install yourself (these carry the manufacturer’s warranty only)

7. Parts Sales

We sell OEM dryer parts for customers who prefer to do their own repairs. Please confirm your model number before buying. Our labor guarantee only applies to repairs we perform.

8. Home Warranty and Insurance Claims

We can provide itemized invoices and diagnostic notes to support a home warranty or insurance claim. Whether a claim is approved, and how much it pays, is between you and your provider. You remain responsible for payment to us unless we have agreed to bill your provider directly.

9. Commercial Customers

For businesses and rental properties, these same terms apply unless we sign a separate written agreement.

10. Safety

If you smell gas, leave the building right away and call Atmos Energy at 888-286-6700 or 911 before contacting us. Stop using any dryer that smells like burning, smokes, sparks or trips the breaker until it has been inspected. For gas dryers, we work on the dryer side of the shutoff valve. Any new gas piping must be installed by a licensed plumber.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the service involved. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, such as laundromat costs or lost time.

12. Calls and Text Messages

By giving us your phone number, you agree that we may call or text you about your service request, appointment and repair. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to any text to opt out.

13. Website Use and Third-Party Links

You may not copy, misuse or interfere with this website. Links to other sites, such as maps and social media, are provided for convenience, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Williamson County, Texas.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed.
